Blackbaud is one of the premier software company based in South Carolina.  Currently we have 10 + open position in our software development group.  We are a Microsoft shop and we are currently looking for individuals at all levels who have experience with OO development.  VB.Net, ASP.Net are great but those talented in Java or C++   (that want to develop in .Net or C#) will do just fine.  SQL 2000/2005 skills are also important.  Some of the potions are focus on out SmartClient applications while others pure web based development.  These positions are all based in Charleston SC and relocation assistance is available.  Here is a list of open positions:

Senior Software Engineer- (Must have a degree in CS.  Developing commercial off the shelf software experience is also required)

Software Architect- (Must have a degree in CS.  Developing commercial off the shelf software experience is also required)

Software Engineer III- (Must have a degree in CS.  Developing commercial off the shelf software experience is also required)

Software Engineer I and II - (Must have a degree in CS)

Internet Developer- (This can be a junior or experience person.  ASP.Net experience)

Performance Engineer- (This person will understand SQL, VB and ideally have used VSTS.  Will QA, test and perform capacity planning for our web based portal)

Business Intelligence Architect-  (Must be "client facing".  Skills required include: MS Analysis Service, MS Reporting Service, SQL 2005, MDX is nice to have)

Business Intelligence Senior Developer- (Must be "client facing".  Skills required include: MS Analysis Service, MS Reporting Service, SQL 2005, MDX is nice to have)
